Crème Anglaise : Eplore the delicat process of making crème anglaise, a rich, velvety vanilla custard sauce. This versatile sauce can be paired with a variety of desserts, elevating their flavors with is smooth,  creamy consistency.
Pâte à tartiner vanille : Learn how to make this indulgent vanilla spread, a smooth and creamy deloght that can be used on bread, pastries or as a filling.
