In this pastry class, learn how to create a selection of delicious mini pastries. In this hands-on class, you'll master the following techniques:

Mini lemon meringue: Learn how to make the crunchy biscuit "sablé breton", the perfect lemon creamy and discover how to make airy and delicate meringue.
Mini financier vanilla & strawberry : Master how to make these deliciously moist almond cake with vanilla "ganache montée" and strawberry confit
Tiramisu verrine : Discover the art of making the perfect tiramisu cream, rich coffee syrup and perfectly soaked biscuits.

At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to savour your delicious creations on the spot and you'll take home all the creations you made. Don't miss this opportunity to refine your pastry skills and indulge in the delightful world of French desserts !
