Tropical sundae : Learn how to create a tropical sundae featuring with exotic fruit coulis, fresh pineappel, caramelized coconut and paired with intense vanilla chantilly and a scoop of classic ice cream.
Belle hélène sundae : Master the elegance of the Belle Hélène sundae with poached pears, rich chocolate sauce, light vanilla chantilly and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Inspired by the traditionnal French dessert.
